B2B outbound sales · Built and run for you

Broken pipeline. No pipeline. Nobody picking up the phone. We fix all three.

ShazRise builds and runs B2B outbound programs. We design the targeting, the messaging and the call strategy, then put trained callers on the phone to execute it and book meetings straight onto your calendar.

Three ways to engage
01
Fractional outbound team
Your closers stay on deals. We run the prospecting and hand over booked meetings.
02
Outbound system build
No SDR function yet. We architect the whole motion and staff it.
03
Pipeline sprint
30 to 60 days to fill the calendar, then we step back until you need us again.

We get to the decision makers a generic email sequence never gets on the phone, whatever industry they sit in.

What we actually do

Strategy first, then the phones.

Anyone can dial a list. The work that decides whether a campaign produces happens before the first call, and it's the part most outsourced calling skips.

ICP and market research

We work out who actually buys this, which segments are reachable by phone, and which titles hold the budget. Wrong target beats bad script every time as a reason campaigns fail.

List building and scoring

Accounts get built and ranked so the best-fit ones get worked first, instead of every name on the sheet getting an identical call.

Message and script design

A cold opener that sounds like a person, the qualifying questions, the objection responses, and a route past the gatekeeper to whoever signs.

Campaign execution

Trained callers on the phone at real volume, working the cadence, with follow-up on no-answers instead of one attempt and a shrug.

Qualification and handover

Meetings only reach your calendar once they clear an agreed bar, and they arrive with notes on who the prospect is and what they said.

Reporting and iteration

Activity, what's landing, and the objections coming up most often, fed back into the script so the campaign tightens week over week.

Why outbound stalls

It's usually not the list. It's what happens to the list.

Most teams don't have a lead problem, they have a working-the-lead problem. This is what we find when we open up an outbound motion that isn't producing.

Every lead gets the same call

The list is never scored. Someone who downloaded a whitepaper last week and a name pulled from a database get an identical opener, and connect rate burns on numbers that were never going to pick up.

Email is standing in for a phone call

A sequence goes out, nobody replies, the deal is declared dead. On the phone, 10 to 15 out of every hundred dials actually pick up. That conversation doesn't exist in an inbox.

Your closer is doing the prospecting

An AE who's good at closing spends half the week dialing, badly, and resenting it. The deals in motion get less attention and the top of the funnel still doesn't fill.

Volume is too low to mean anything

Twenty dials a day is not a test of your offer, it's a rounding error. You can't tell whether the message is wrong or the sample was too small to say anything at all.

Nobody survives the gatekeeper

The person who signs off is behind a receptionist, a shared inbox and a phone tree. Getting through is a learned skill, not something a new hire picks up in a month.

The rep quits before they get good

You hire junior, spend four months ramping them, and they leave for a closing role right as they become competent. Then the cycle restarts.

Range

The industry changes. The motion doesn't.

We're not a single-vertical shop, and we don't pretend to be. Work out who actually holds the budget, build a list worth calling, get that person on the phone. That process has carried across every one of these.

If your buyer can be reached by phone and the deal is worth a real conversation, the industry is rarely the blocker. If we haven't worked your space before, we'll say so on the call.

Results

Two campaigns, both cold, both on the phone.

No warm intros, no inbound, no existing relationship with the buyer. Straight cold dialing into a defined list.

Track record

The numbers behind the work.

Call volume is calculated from our founder's logged daily average across five years of full-time dialing, roughly 155 dials a day. Of those, 20,000 to 30,000 turned into a live conversation.

The maths

A full-time hire costs you a salary. We cost you meetings.

Building an in-house SDR function is the right move eventually. It's rarely the right move first, before you know whether the motion works at all.

Fit

Who this works for, and who it doesn't.

We'd rather tell you no on a 30-minute call than take a retainer for three months and hand you nothing.

This works if

  • You sell B2B, and a deal is worth enough that a real conversation pays for itself.
  • Your buyer can be reached by phone, even if they're gatekept.
  • Somebody on your side can actually take the meetings we book.
  • You know what you sell and roughly who buys it, even if the list needs work.
  • You want the calls made, not a strategy deck about making calls.

This doesn't work if

  • You're selling to consumers rather than businesses.
  • Your deal size is too small for a human phone call to pay for itself.
  • Nobody is free to run the meetings once they're on the calendar.
  • You want signed deals, not booked meetings. We get you in the room, you close.
  • You need pipeline this week. Outbound compounds, it doesn't teleport.

You've probably been sold a guarantee that didn't survive a bad quarter. We're not going to do that.

Who you're working with

A practitioner built this, not a marketer.

I'm Hamid, founder of ShazRise. I spent years on the phones myself, cold calling and setting appointments inside a structured North American outbound operation, before I started building campaigns for other companies.

That's why the strategy holds up. I've made the calls the plan asks for, so I know which targeting survives contact with a real gatekeeper and which script falls apart in the first ten seconds.

Today I build the ICP research, the targeting and the messaging on every engagement, and direct the callers who execute it. The industry changes constantly. The motion doesn't, which is why we pick up a new offer and a new buyer quickly.
