A practitioner built this, not a marketer.
ShazRise is a B2B outbound sales firm. We're hired to build outbound programs that produce meetings, and to run them.
Founder and Outbound Strategist
I started on the phones. Years of cold calling, appointment setting and customer service inside a structured North American outbound operation, before I built anything for anyone else. That's 15,600+ hours of live calls and something in the region of 200,000 dials.
I don't lead with that because volume is impressive. I lead with it because it's why the strategy holds up. I've personally made the calls a plan asks for, so I know which targeting survives contact with a real gatekeeper and which script falls apart in the first ten seconds. Most people selling outbound strategy have never had to work their own plan.
Today my work is the part that decides whether a campaign produces: the ICP and market research, the targeting, the list scoring, the messaging and the qualification criteria. I build that on every engagement and I direct the callers who execute it. On smaller campaigns I'm still the one on the phone. On larger ones I bring in trained callers and run them against the plan.
We don't sell ourselves as a one-industry firm, because we aren't one. We've run outbound across telecom, healthcare IT, logistics and supply chain, financial services and accounts receivable, IT integration and infrastructure, SaaS, agencies and local services. What carries across all of them is the method: work out who actually holds the budget, build a list worth calling, and get that person on the phone.
Strategy and dialing in the same pair of hands. We build the targeting and the sequence, work the list, and show your team what's landing so it keeps compounding after we're out.
Relationship-driven, not aggressive.
Our founder's assessed strengths are teamwork, working across differences and conflict resolution. On a cold call that matters more than it sounds.
We don't bulldoze
Pressure closes a call and loses the meeting. If someone genuinely isn't a fit, we'd rather find that out in ninety seconds and give the time back to both sides.
Objections aren't a fight
"Not interested" is usually missing information or bad timing, not a verdict. We agree first, work out which one it is, and hand the decision back to them.
We represent you like we work there
Your prospects don't know or care that we're external. The call has to sound like your company, so the tone is yours, not ours.
The numbers behind the work.
Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to.
Thirty minutes. You'll leave the call with a straight read on whether outbound is your problem, and a number if it is.
