What we do

Three ways in, one way of working.

Whatever's true about your pipeline right now, one of these fits: broken, missing, or you just need it full fast.

01  Fractional outbound team

You have closers who are good at closing and shouldn't be spending their day dialing. We take the prospecting end: build or work your list, make the calls, qualify, and hand over booked meetings with notes. Your reps stay on the deals already moving.

02  Outbound system build

No SDR, no BDR, no outbound motion at all. We architect the whole thing: targeting, messaging, cadence, qualification criteria, then staff it and run it. You end up with a working system and the documentation behind it, not a slide deck about what you should build.

03  Pipeline sprint

You need meetings on the calendar now, not a six-month ramp. We come in for 30 to 60 days, work a defined list hard, and fill the pipeline. When the sprint ends we step back. Bring us in again when you need the next push.

The process

What actually happens once we start.

The same sequence every time, whichever way you engage us.

01

Get the offer straight

We need what you sell, who it's for, what it costs, what a good customer looks like, and the objections you already hear. Call recordings or a list of lost deals are worth more to us than a brochure.

02

Research the market and define the target

Which segments actually buy this, which are reachable by phone, and which titles hold the budget. We agree industry, company size, geography and the exact titles worth calling before anyone touches a phone.

03

Build and score the list

Accounts get built and ranked so best-fit ones get worked first rather than everything getting identical treatment. You sign off on a sample before we dial.

04

Write the opener and the gatekeeper route

A cold opener that sounds like a person, not a script. Plus qualifying questions, objection responses, and how we get through reception to the person who signs. You approve it before it goes live.

05

Run the campaign at real volume

Volume high enough that the result means something. Around 155 dials a day per campaign, with roughly 10 to 15 out of every hundred picking up. No-answers go into a follow-up cadence rather than getting binned after one try.

06

Qualify, book, hand over and report

A meeting reaches your calendar only once the prospect clears the bar below, and arrives with who they are, what they said and what to open with. You get activity, what's landing, and the objections coming up most, so the message keeps tightening.

Qualification

What counts as a booked meeting.

The most common thing we hear from people burned by an agency is that the meetings were junk. So here's the bar, in writing. If you want it stricter or looser for your business, we set that before we dial.

It goes on your calendar when

  • They're the right person, or they own the decision jointly with someone named.
  • The company fits the target we agreed, not just close enough.
  • They've described a problem your offer speaks to, in their own words.
  • They know it's a sales conversation. Nobody gets tricked onto your calendar.
  • They agreed to a specific time and we've confirmed it.

It doesn't when

  • They said yes to end the call. That's a no with better manners.
  • They're curious but have no problem to solve and no timeline.
  • They can't buy and can't get you to whoever can.
  • The fit is wrong even though they're willing. It goes back on the list, not on your calendar.
Scope

What's included, and what isn't.

The second column matters more than the first. It's the one that stops us finding out in week three that we meant different things.

Included

  • ICP and market research for your offer.
  • Targeting, list building and scoring, or working a list you already have.
  • Cold opener, qualifying questions and objection handling.
  • The calls, run by trained callers at agreed volume.
  • Follow-up cadence on no-answers and callbacks.
  • Qualification against the agreed bar, with disqualification reasons.
  • Booking onto your calendar and a written handover per meeting.
  • Reporting on activity, what's landing and recurring objections.

Not included

  • Closing the deal. We get you in the room, your team sells.
  • Proposals, quoting, contracts and negotiation.
  • Inbound, support or account management.
  • Marketing, content, ads or brand work.
  • Building or rebuilding your CRM.
  • Guaranteed revenue. We don't sell numbers we can't control.
What we need from you

Your side of it is small, but it isn't zero.

The engagements that work have someone on the client side who answers questions quickly in the first two weeks. After that it mostly runs.

Access

A calendar to book into, somewhere to log calls, and a way to reach you when a live prospect asks something we can't answer.

Context

What you sell, pricing bands, who's bought before, who's said no and why. Call recordings or lost-deal notes if you have them.

Sign-off

You approve the target list sample and the opener before we dial. Two short reviews, not a committee.
